Hatha - the basis of directions
"Hatha" means intensity in Sanskrit, and "yoga" means unity
The basis of hatha yoga is to fully work the body through exercises on the back, legs and abs

The meaning of stretching is in the name:
stretching means "to stretch" - everyone needs good stretching
